Hello Everyone,

I hope this posting finds you well. I have been spending a lot of time in contemplation lately. I am going through a few things and working on others. My transition, such like any, is not without its kinks, But I suppose that is the nature of everything. The lessons I am learning are great so I would not change it.

I am actually starting a class that teaches kundalini awakening. This is something that has been on my mind and in my intention for a while now. I see it, personally, as kind of a lead in to a new way of living. As, I am mostly self taught, it would definitely be a crowning achievement for me.

In the title of this post, I mention that while practice is an absolute necessity, the concentration on the ritual of it and the dogma is not where our focus needs to be. Most of what I do has been very intuitively based. I have never really been taught but more so have been guided by my own exploration into what works well and specifically toward the multi-faceted goals that I have.

But, over the past few years and increasingly so over the last couple months, I have been on a path of filtering out everything in my daily practice that is not necessary. Now, personally, that means that I want to completely clear away anything that stands in the way between my practice and the goal of that practice you know?

I think that so many people (many that I come across) get so caught up in the hows and the whys and this keeps them from making any true progress.

Today, we are in an era where all knowledge is provided for you at the click of a mouse and we should appreciate our current station within the cosmic cycle and what the universe is trying to provide for us.

The universe knows what we need. The universe is a fully conscious being and we are its reflection. I feel that the universe is fully aware that what humanity needs right now is evolution into a higher state of consciousness. So, through the construction of the internet it has given us free reign to explore ANY and ALL avenues for achieving that growth.

And, for me personally, I trip myself up because I really look at my program and I question it, asking, can it really be this simple? Can I really achieve a level of enlightenment in mind, in body, in my intuition and improve my life in such a drastic way by doing practices that really don’t take much time and only improve my experience with life?

The answer is an absolute YES!

But, what is the first step in realizing this? We have to let go of our want to understand every aspect. It is, for many reasons, time to begin moving forward with what we already know.

One big aspect of what I do and something I have put tremendous attention to over the past few years is eating healthfully.

I have read book after book, article after article and web page after web page. And, I do think there is a place for that, but I feel that right now is the time for us to concentrate on moving toward the goal of healing and no amount of reading and searching will bring us that.

If we want to heal we have to heal. We have to change our diets. We have to realize that the message of “live to eat” is only good for us if we want to be constantly sick and unhealthy. And we should already know that if we have lived that way most of our lives and if we are fat or sick or unhappy then we need to immediately begin a new path.

Release the ego’s hold on you. Yes you have not died eating cheeseburgers, but you can bet that if you continue, those cheeseburgers will kill you, but not before you are hospitalized for years and made to suffer through the last few decades of your life. This does not have to be considered an inevitability. Has anyone you know even really tried the opposing path? With what we already know it is clear to see that adding in more vegetation will make our process of growth so much better.

A really big thing also is to not get caught up in the opinions of those who base those opinions on judgment rather than curiosity. You have to live through a space of love and a big component of that is CURIOSITY! Get curious about life and the things you want. If you want to heal and lose weight and become stronger and increase energy and focus then you need to get curious and learn about ways to do that and as you learn, your curiosity will draw toward wanting to EXPERIENCE those things!

If you hear from someone who gives you great energy that something is good for you…try it! Go home and do a Google search or two and if the overwhelming majority of input you get is that that is something that is good then try it.

Live with curiosity. Lose the judgment and let go of those who live through their ego. This is how life becomes enjoyable. If everything life presents you with, you feed back judgment to, then how can you say you are truly living?

Judgment and ego equals stagnation. And stagnation leads to death. Start living through abundant curiosity, and I will too.

Thank you all so much for your time, attention and encouragement.

Peace, Love, Light!
